Girls Softball

Dates: July 11-14

Time: 5:00-6:30pm

Ages: 9-14

Cost: $100

A second session (6:30pm-8pm) will be facilitated if there is a high level of registrations/interest.

Where: St. Thomas Aquinas Softball Field

Equipment: Glove, bat, helmet and water bottle.  Softball pants, t-shirt and athletic shoes (sneakers or cleats) are recommended.

Mission: Participants will receive instruction from St. Thomas Aquinas High School Softball coaches and current players on the fundamental skills of the game.  We will cover hitting, fielding, pitching, catching and base running, along with abbreviated games on Thursday.  Our camp is designed to help younger players gain more knowledge while also improving their skills to help take them to the next level.

Boys Lacrosse

Ages: Rising 3rd-9th grade boys

Where: St. Thomas Aquinas - Lady of Victory Stadium

Equipment: Stick, gloves, elbow pads, shoulder pads, helmet, mouthguard, and water bottle.

Mission: This camp is focused on learning everything from fundamentals to playing at the high school level through fun and energetic drills and games. Our junior athletes will learn many new skills that will rapidly improve their level of play and prepare them to perform at the next level. Older athletes will be pushed to play faster and process the game quicker, enhancing their overall level of play. Training sessions throughout the day will be progressive beginning with a basic breakdown of skills at the start of the day, performing the skill in a variety of drills, and eventually ending with small-sided games where skills can be applied in real time.
