Assistant Coach
Biography:
Coach Janetos has been assisting the Saints since 2014 as the program's defensive coordinator. A graduate of St. Thomas Aquinas in 2009, he helped lead the Saints to two state titles and a semi finalist run. He is a graduate of Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY where he played three seasons for the Dolphins; a perennial powerhouse in Division II.
Along with his time coaching the Saints, Coach Janetos works with the seacoast's local club program, Houlagans Lacrosse, at the high school level helping student-athletes with the college recruitment process. Coach Janetos resides in Rollinsford and works for Janco Electronics, Inc., a family owned and operated electronics contract manufacturer.

Assistant Coach
Biography:
Coach De Tolla was named as head coach of the boys lacrosse program during the Summer of 2025 following many years with the St. Thomas Aquinas community.
De Tolla is a highly decorated former player and veteran coach. At Half Hollow Hills East High School (1988-1990), he was a two-year starter in both varsity soccer and lacrosse, captaining both teams as a senior and earning First Team All-County honors in lacrosse during his junior and senior years.
At Yale University (1990-1994), he was a four-year starter on defense, honored as a Second Team All-American as a sophomore and two-time First Team All-American as a junior and senior. He was uniquely elected as the sole team captain his senior year and represented the North squad in the Division I North-South senior game.
Following college, De Tolla served as a defensive consultant and model player for the USA Lacrosse Progression Video Series and captured the California State Club Championship with a Yale-UNC-Brown alumni team - all in 1994-95. He began his coaching career in Buffalo as assistant coach at Williamsville South and defended as head of defense at Millon Lacrosse Camps through 1998. After a decade focused on medical school and family, De Tolla helped build youth lacrosse in New Hampshire from 2006 onward. He served as Portsmouth High School defensive coordinator (2006-2016), founded U9/U7 programs for Seacoast Lacrosse (2007 onwards), and coached multiple NHYLA State Championship teams across youth travel clubs. He also previously served as the defensive coordinator at STA in 2017-2018.
Coach De Tolla and his wife Elizabeth have raised four children who have all gone on to play Division 1 college lacrosse. Henry played at STA (2017-2019) and continued his lacrosse career at UMASS Lowell. Camden played at STA (2019) and continued his lacrosse career at IMG Academy and currently at Canisius University. Finley played for STA (2022-2025) and will be doing a PG year at IMG Academy and then playing for Sacred Heart University for the 2027 season. Charlotte is currently a senior at STA and has committed to UVM next year.
