1) Indoor League on Sundays (starts Jan 28th) at Seacost United Hampton- Dover has 2 teams, Portsmouth has 2, Derryfield is playing in Bedford, etc.. our competition is already out playing. I would like to see two STA teams play in our second session (20 players needed). If finances are an issue, let me know and I will make it work. This league runs right up to the day before our HS season starts. You can register here

2) Skills Mondays (Starts Jan 8th) or Shooting Wednesdays (starts Jan 10th) at Berwick Academy- You want the easiest way to get better...take the stick out of your closet or basement and use it. Minimally you should consider the shooting night on Wednesdays. We listen to music and shoot until our arms fall off. This holds true for our D guys as well as Janetos is there working with the poles. You can register here

3) Ladder & Jump Rope, Gym - If your sundays, Mondays and Wednesdays are already booked, go buy a ladder and jump rope. Quick feet will make you a better player. This is something you can do when your schedule permits.
