Rhi Jeffrey

CoEd Varsity Swimming And Diving

Rhi Jeffrey joins the Saints for the 2021-2022 season and brings with her an enthusiastic attitude, strong work ethic, and Olympic-level talent! She has been swimming on a team since 1992 when she was 6 years old, coaching for 11 years both internationally and domestically, and swam competitively up through 2016. She was the National High School record holder in the 200 Freestyle in the state of Florida which she broke at the age of 16 and is the most decorated swimmer in Florida high school history with 8 individual state titles!

In 2003, at the age of 16, she was named the National Champion in the 100 Freestyle and the World Champion in both the 4x100 Freestyle Relay and the 4x200 Freestyle Relay. At the age of 13, Rhi qualified for the 2000 Sydney Olympic trials and went on to qualify 4 more times in 2004, 2008, 2012, and 2016. At age 17, she competed in the 2004 Athens Summer Olympics where she won gold in the 4x200 Freestyle Relay for the USA! She was also one of the American record holders in the 4x200 Freestyle Relay.

After the Athens Olympics, she attended the University of Southern California where she continued her swimming career and was an All American in the 100 Freestyle her sophomore year.

She currently lives in Rochester, NH with her dog Loki and her husband, DJ, who is also a swimming coach, and she owns her own elite-level swim club, Atlantis Aquatics NH, out of Portsmouth, NH.
