Biography:
Coach Strabone has been coaching with the St. Thomas Ice Hockey program since 2016. After a championship season in 2018-2019, where he was an Assistant Varsity Coach, Strabone stepped in as the head coach for the start of the 2019 season and lead the team back to another championship. He has been involved with the NH East Hockey program for the last 13 years; serving as both assistant coach and head coach, winning numerous NH state championships. For the past 4 fall seasons, he has been the head coach for the NH East U-18 midget majors. He is also USA Hockey Level 4, SafeSport certified.
Coach Strabone has a long history of community service; volunteering in youth sports and supporting school education programs in the Hampton Falls community were he lives with his wife, Maryellen. Strabone graduated from Bishop Fenwich High School in Peabody, MA and moved on to play hockey at the college level for Fitchburg State College. Both of Coach Strabone's sons attended St. Thomas Aquinas, Matthew '11 and Michael '15. Both have moved onto Boston College!

Ben Fralick.

Biography:
Coach Benjamin Fralick is entering his second year as an Assistant Coach for the Saints. Prior to St. Thomas, Fralick was the Associate Head Coach for the Eastern Kodiaks junior team based out of Exeter, NH from 2009-2013. He has also coached several age groups of the Seacoast Lightning Women’s program, as well as being the head coach of the 2013 state runner-up Dover Stars split season midget team.
Before he started coaching, Fralick played high school hockey at Portsmouth (NH) High School and finished his four years as the leading scorer in Clipper history with 124 points amassed during his career. Fralick also played one season of junior hockey for the Exeter Freeze of the IJHL.
Fralick attended the University of New Hampshire where he majored in Kinesiology with a focus in Sport Studies. He currently lives in Dover with his wife Lizandra.
